Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, exchanges are free. If you return an item for a refund, a return fee of £7 is deducted from your refund.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. On weekdays we reply within 1–2 hours during our opening hours and otherwise within 12 hours. Messages sent at the weekend are answered on Monday.

Delivery

How much is delivery to the UK?

Delivery is free when you order 2 or more items. For a single item, delivery costs £9 with UPS.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK. To enquire about delivery to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery normally takes 2–3 working days. Made-to-order furniture and rugs have a production time of 2–4 weeks.

What if I get charged for import tax / customs after receiving my order?

You do not pay any import or customs fees on your order. If you are charged import tax or customs fees anyway after receiving your order, simply send the original bill and proof of payment to us and we will refund it to you.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 100 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Returning for a refund costs £7, which is deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free, and if you choose a gift card instead of a refund you get a 15% bonus on top.
