Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our own warehouse in Hedensted, Denmark. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, and you receive a track & trace number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery charges

• UPS home delivery: £9
• Free delivery when you buy 2 or more items

Delivery time

Delivery takes 2–3 working days. During busy periods (sales and holidays) it can take a little longer. Made-to-order furniture and rugs have a production time of 2–4 weeks.

Customs and VAT

There are no import duties, customs fees or extra charges to pay on delivery – all prices include VAT, and everything is settled at checkout.

Returns

You have 100 days to return your order. Returns and exchanges are handled in our return portal. See our refund policy for full details.
