40 square feet of Brazilian cowhide, listed here as hide 2242. It is the only one of its kind we hold, and once it sells there is no second copy of it.

The markings are not printed or matched to anything. They are where they grew, which is the reason two hides never look alike even when the sizes are close.

A hide in this range covers a seating area without taking over the room. It is also the size that reads best layered, with the curved edge left showing.

Upkeep is a shake and the occasional airing. Spills come out with neutral soap and warm water, maximum 104°F / 40°C, and the hide should never be soaked or cleaned with anything chemical.
