We deliver quickly and reliably with UPS, straight to your door. Delivery costs £9 – orders of 2 items or more are delivered free of charge. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
All orders are dispatched from our own warehouse in Denmark, with no import or customs fees for UK customers – there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
You can return your order until 31 January 2027. You can easily register your return via our return portal. Returning for a refund costs £7, deducted from your refund – exchanges are free.

Our hot-water bottle has a great potential of becoming your new best friend, because it will take care of you, when you have a stomachache or your back is hurting, and it will be there to make your day on the couch even better. The bottle comes in a cover of the softest rabbit fur, which makes this product especially good and amazingly natural.
This hot water bottle comes in a lot of colors so you can find the perfect hot-water bottle in your favorite color. The only thing missing is a pair of our cushions. Take a look at them here.
Nb.: We highly recommend that the water you put in the bottle is not more than 70 degrees warm. Besides that, the hot-water bottle must not be filled more than 70%, and we advise against sitting and lying on the hot-water bottle, because it cannot be exposed to a pressure of more than 50 kilos.

Old hot water bottles can break and cause serious burns. So, it is advised to regularly check for signs of wear and tear and not use hot water bottles that are more than two years old.
This symbol, found on our hot water bottles, indicates exactly when it was made.
The number in the middle is the year it was made, the segments around the the number represent the 12 months of the year and the tiny dots inside those represent the number of weeks. So this hot water bottle was made in January 2021.
The general recommendation from our suppliers is to replace your hot water bottle every two to three years. However, if you use it properly and check it regularly, you do not need to replace it until it begins to leak or tear.
